Shipping
Australia Shipping only.
We offer Australia Post Standard delivery service and for all orders we charge a flat rate of $4 for standard shipping and $10 with tracking.
Domestic shipping takes 2–7 business days, plus an additional 1–2 days for rural and remote areas. These time frames cover the processing of your order and delivery by our courier.
If you have specific instructions for delivery, please include these when placing your order.
Return Policy
You may return any collar that has not been worn or damaged.
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product, we will email you the return address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We suggest using a trackable shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Privacy Policy
ION™ Dogs is committed to protecting your privacy. We will manage personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1998 ("the Act").
Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.
Payment
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS).
Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Third-party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Online Advertising
Our website uses Google AdWords remarketing service to advertise on third party websites (including Google) to previous visitors to our website. This could be in the form of an advertisement on the Google search results, or a website in Google’s Display Network (GDN). Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to display ads based on someone’s past visits to our website. This allows us to make special offers and continue to market our products to those who have shown interest in our collars. Of course, any data collected will be used in accordance with Google’s privacy policy.
Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
